Just picked up a Mason & Hamlin built in 1928, it sounds very nice.
The key action though feels a bit sluggish, anyone out there for a
recommendation for a piano technician on the western side of mpls?
Also a couple of small cracks are in the soundboard, but they don't seem
to affect the sound. Should I have replaced/repaired/ignored? Any
thoughts at all?

Send me a picture of it if possible, thanks

I can't help with any of your requests I am not a tech just a hobby for me,
I am working on an old Kimball myself.
It has a small crack in the soundboard but I am not going to mess with that.

The piano is to be delivered Thursday morn. I'll get a snapshot of it then,
Thanks.
I've also called a "tech" for the first tune, and for a thorough once over.
