I have a piano that my kids took lessons on in the 80's, when we bought it
used. I am new to this group and would like help in setting a fair price to
sell it. It is a Kohler & Campbell brand in very good condition. Where do
I find the serial number other posters have listed? Any input on this make
of piano or suggestions for a selling price will be appreciated. TIA

Here's how to find the serial number:
http://www.pianoatlas.com/serial.html

There are various online sites with pianos for sale, which might give you a
ballpark estimate:
http://www.pianoworld.com
http://www.pianomart.com

Your tuner can give you an appraisal, and also can check the condition of
internal parts that may be in much worse condition than what you see on the
outside. She or he may also know a buyer fo ryou. Just to try to set your
expectations, any piano 20 years old won't have much of its original value
left.

Grand or upright? Serial number and picture showing good detail. high
polish or natural wood finish? Good pics are a must for starters!
