Is this piano worth investing in?

I have a 1901 Mason-Hamlin upright. My parents bought it in 1962 from the
original owner. Most of the keys still work, except a few on the highest
notes that tend to stick. I remember the blind piano tuner that used to
tune it on a regular basis asking "What make of piano is this? I've never
heard an upright sound so good!" When we told him the brand, (Mason and
Hamlin meant nothing to us) he said "Ah! That explains it!"

I've cloned out a streak of bright sunlight shining on it, but otherwise the
pics are untouched.

I'm no expert but from what I have read on this group they all speak very
highly of this brand of piano.
