Perfectly normal, call a piano technician to ease the keys, which is a normal
service in addition to having it tuned, and should not cost an arm and a leg.

I don't know where you are, but due to the unbelievable amount of rain
in the northeast this summer (I'm in NJ) every piano I service has sticky
keys. It's often humidity related. And, it's common in recently moved
pianos where the new environment differs from the old one.

Your piano technician will no doubt recommend a humidity control
system. Visit http://www.dampp-chaser.com/ to find out about it. It's
well worth the money, your piano will stay in tune longer, it will stay
really close to A440 instead of drifting around, and action parts will
benefit from the stable humidity levels.
Congrats on your new piano!

Had a similar issue and the technician replaced all the felt under the
keys, no more problems. Good luck!
